Managing Partner

Craig has over 25 years of experience in providing tax and consulting services to closely held businesses and entrepreneurs. His involvement spans the full life cycle of a business, from advisory on initial entity structuring to exit planning including mergers and acquisitions. Craig is also an active speaker and panelist to business organization groups and universities.  He received his Bachelor’s from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell, and his Masters in Taxation from Northeastern University.
