Our Team

Dr. Margaret Fortier is a new addition to our team who brings a fresh and recent perspective of practice ownership and sale. After growing her practice over five years, she made the decision to sell in 2022.  During that time, she wore many hats – from manager, inventory specialist, handyman, to janitor, client service representative, and of course, veterinarian.  She prides herself on delivering a wonderful client experience and building relationships. She feels it is important to not only build relationships with her clients, but also her staff, vendors, and anyone else who steps through her doors. These relationships help make the hospital a better place to work.

With this perspective, we feel she is in a great position to help practice owners and staff achieve their goals and thrive in a market where reputation and client service matters. This will not only help with the bottom line but will improve the lives of both owners and staff.

Dr. Fortier was raised in southern California and went on to attend Michigan State University where she played softball as an undergraduate and graduated from veterinary school in 2004. She currently lives in Virginia with her two daughters and her devoted Italian Spinone, Orzo. In addition to consulting, Dr Fortier enjoys doing relief work.  This balance enables her to stay current on trends in the veterinary profession.

Our shared goal is to help practices grow financially and become a force in their respective communities, where clients rave about how much they love their vet!
